About us
Labradors in Need brings together a small army of volunteers from mainland UK who are dedicated and passionate about the breed. We believe in putting the need of each individual dog above everything. Sometimes this means that we do things a little differently than other rescues, but our successful rehoming rate speaks for itself.
Dogs come to us in a variety of circumstances: bereavement, abandoned, neglected, change in personal circumstance etc and as a foster based rescue, we act quickly and decisively to offer our help. We have no paid staff and are 100% reliant on fundraising!

Costs
Adoption donations for one of our dogs will be assessed on a case by case basis. Taking into consideration age, full or cross breed, any health conditions etc. But please be prepared to pay an adoption donation fee in the region of £300 to £500. We also offer a reduced donation fee if anyone would be willing to adopt bonded pairs. This would be confirmed at the time of adoption. Extreme Oldies, we ask for a donation to Labradors in need.
