Our main concern and priority is the welfare of each dog we help. We carefully assess their needs and ensure that they go the best home that can meet those needs. The Labradors in Need team have a wealth of experience, which means that we support our dogs at all times. We provide full support for the lifetime of each dog. Many of our adopters go on to become volunteers themselves.

In the past three years or so, we have helped hundreds of families whose circumstances have changed to ensure their beloved dog has a loving new home. We have saved oldies from getting put to sleep due to their age and witnessed some shocking neglect. Yet ALL of these dogs have gone on to have happy and fulfilled lives with new families who adore them.

Or goal is to keep doing what we do best, for the love of labradors.
